E-commerce & Logistics Segment, Sales Manager (B2B, AI)

On a typical day, you will:

What will your role at VOCALLS be?

  • Prepare and work on a strategy to consolidate and develop VOCALLS’ position on the automated voice solutions market in the e-commerce and logistics sector
  • You will be automatically responsible for executing strategies to gain and bring together aggressive growth for VOCALLS
  • You will plan the budgets and potential of the segment you will own
  • You will own the end-to-end sales process and work on its improvements constantly
  • To ensure market-share growth, you will also be required to build the appropriate channel coverage model of partners / platforms to speed up the integration process
  • You will work closely with other business functions, i.e. marketing and leverage their resources and know-how to build and convert sales pipeline
  • You will develop and maintain relationships with our TOP partners and customers
  • You will also be involved in budget and target planning
  • Manage the assigned relationship manager and provide the best customer experience to onboarded partners
  • Ensure that once a partner is onboarded there are clear plans to account for further revenue growth

About you

Experience: 

  • 6+ years of B2B sales experience in a SaaS model from ecommerce or logistics
  • Call Center environment know-how would be a plus
  • Working in international sales environment

Skills:

  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Able to translate a business opportunity into a commercially viable deal
  • Own what you do and how you do it 
  • A commercial and goal oriented mindset
  • Passionate about new technology and innovation (i.e. ai products)
  • Outspoken,  and happy to lead multiple projects at a time
