Engagement manager


As an Engagement Manager, you will deliver technical projects to enable the successful integration of our software products into the customers’ technical ecosystem and ensure meeting the desired business goal. You will help to identify and address any issues that arise during customer engagement. You will actively seek out opportunities to increase the business value for the existing customers, nurture business relationships and build trust.

  • Customer-focused and passionate about developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients.
  • Communicator and a leader, thriving in a cross-functional team environment.
  • You have a technical mind and are able to speak the same language as software developers and infrastructure engineers.
  • Your understanding of project management methodologies is solid, at the same time, you are flexible and willing to adapt to the task at hand.

About you

You have:

  • 3+ years experience in one of the following roles: technology consultant, technical project manager, or customer success manager; B2B SaaS environment is preferred.
  • Confidence in project management methodologies, tools, and techniques; experience managing agile projects in Atlassian JIRA is preferred.
  • Strong understanding of basic IT concepts (software, hardware, storage, network).
  • Technical background is a plus.
  • Basic knowledge of JavaScript, C# or any other programming language is a plus.
  • Basic knowledge of VoIP (SIP) is a plus.
  • Full business proficiency in both English and Czech.

  • Monitor project progress and report it clearly and concisely to both the client and internal stakeholders.
