As an Engagement Manager, you will deliver technical projects to enable the successful integration of our software products into the customers’ technical ecosystem and ensure meeting the desired business goal. You will help to identify and address any issues that arise during customer engagement. You will actively seek out opportunities to increase the business value for the existing customers, nurture business relationships and build trust.

About you
You have:
- 3+ years experience in one of the following roles: technology consultant, technical project manager, or customer success manager; B2B SaaS environment is preferred.
- Confidence in project management methodologies, tools, and techniques; experience managing agile projects in Atlassian JIRA is preferred.
- Strong understanding of basic IT concepts (software, hardware, storage, network).
- Technical background is a plus.
- Basic knowledge of JavaScript, C# or any other programming language is a plus.
- Basic knowledge of VoIP (SIP) is a plus.
- Full business proficiency in both English and Czech.
