On a typical day, you will:
What will you take care of?
- Communicate daily with customers via support tickets and online meetings to resolve technical issues and provide general guidance regarding the Vocalls platform.
- Join efforts with Development and DevOps teams to solve the most challenging support cases.
- Be a partner to Project Delivery and Account Management teams to ensure customer success.
- Continuously learn and expand your knowledge of the Vocalls Platform and related third-party applications and underlying technologies.
- Contribute to the Product Documentation and Support Knowledge Base.
About you
What should you be able to do?
- 2+ years in a customer-facing technical role; software support is preferred
- Strong understanding of basic IT concepts (software, hardware, storage, network)
- SQL beginner to intermediate
- Unix shell basic commands, TCP/IP
- REST API is a plus
- Basic knowledge of JavaScript, C# or any other programming language is a plus
- Basic knowledge of VoIP (SIP) is a plus
- Full business proficiency in both English and Czech
